[CAT] Josep Siam és cantautor i guitarrista. El seu EP de debut, Inflexions (2021), publicat a Califòrnia, on va viure uns anys, presenta un lirisme ric en emocions, acompanyat de solos i loops de guitarra i de paisatges electrònics. El senzill Freedom Is (2022), en col·laboració amb el productor i músic Fran Vives, és una peça de spoken word amb una lletra que al mateix temps conforta i confronta l’oient, el seu manifest personal sobre la noció de llibertat. Brosta (2024) és un àlbum de 7 temes en anglès, català i castellà, que transiten entre el pop alternatiu electrònic i la cançó d’autor, amb la seva característica mescla de guitarra orgànica i natural, amb atmosferes i beats electrònics i una veu carregada d’emoció.
[EN] Josep Siam is a singer-songwriter and guitarist. His debut EP Inflexions (2021), published in the Bay Area of California, where he lived several years, showcase an emotionally rich lyricism accompanied by nylon-string guitar loops and solos, and electronic landscapes. His single Freedom Is (2022), a collaboration with music producer Fran Vives, is a spoken word work with lyrics that both comfort and confront the listener, his personal manifesto about the notion of freedom. Brosta (2024) is an album of 7 songs in English, Catalan, and Spanish with a style flowing between alternative electronic pop and singer-songwriter music, with his characteristic mix of nylon string finger picking guitar, electronic beats and landscapes, and a voice full of emotion.
